John Bryan brings over 30 years of experience, from entry-level foot-soldier, leader, Project Manager, and trusted advisor at the most strategic positions within the Department of Defense to success in the defense industry.  He has extensive industry experience in government relations, business development, and profit and loss.  He has personally led two companies’ expansion into the ground combat vehicle and soldier-borne markets.  His last military assignment was in the Office of the Secretary of Defense where he was responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity policy for DoD acquisition programs.  Leading to that, he was the first command-selected project manager for the Army’s XM30 infantry fighting vehicle, the long-anticipated replacement for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle, developing and implementing innovative program and contracting strategies, setting the stage for its successful entry into full program status.  John has also served in numerous acquisition and strategic staff positions, including as the Executive Officer to the Army’s senior acquisition official, and was hand-selected and served as the Army’s acquisition legislative liaison, a critical interface role between Army senior leadership and Members of Congress and their Committees and Staff. John graduated from National Defense University’s Eisenhower School, with a Master of Science in National Security and Resource Strategy. He also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and Leadership from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Martin’s College.
